This tutorial covers two key functions: withdrawing dividends to a personal bank account and transferring funds (user transfer) to player accounts under your management. The shareholder website opens for these transactions every Monday.
Part 1: How to Withdraw Dividends as an ICROWN Shareholder
Step 1: Access the Withdrawal Section
Log into the ICROWN shareholder website. On the main dashboard, click the menu icon (☰) in the upper left corner to open the navigation panel. From the list, click the "Withdraw" option and then select "Withdraw Score."
Step 2: Set Withdrawal Details
You will be directed to the withdrawal page. Follow these steps: 1. Select Country: Choose "Malaysia" as your country. 2. Choose Bank Account: Select the bank account you have previously added to your shareholder profile. 3. Check USD Rate: Note the current USD to MYR exchange rate displayed for that day, as your dividends are calculated in USD. 4. Enter Amount: Input the USD amount you wish to withdraw.
Step 3: Confirm and Submit Withdrawal Request
The system will calculate and display the equivalent local currency amount based on the day's rate. Review all details carefully, including the selected bank and the exchange amount. Once confirmed, click the "Submit" button to finalize your dividend withdrawal request for processing.
Part 2: How to Transfer Funds to a Player Account (User Transfer)
Step 1: Navigate to User Management
From the shareholder website menu (☰), select "User Management" and then choose "Member List" from the sub-options. This will display the list of players under your management.
Step 2: Select Member and Initiate Transfer
Browse the member list and select the specific player you wish to transfer funds to. Click on the "Action" button or link associated with that member, and from the available actions, select "Transfer to Main Wallet."
Step 3: Configure the Transfer Settings
The user transfer page will open. Configure the following settings: 1. Select Country: Choose "Malaysia." 2. Enter Transfer Amount: Input the amount you wish to transfer to the player's main wallet. 3. Confirm USD Exchange: The system will show the USD equivalent based on the current exchange rate; confirm this amount. 4. Enter Security Code: Input your shareholder security code for authorization. 5. Set Turnover Requirement: This is a critical setting. You can set the turnover multiplier the player must achieve before they can withdraw these transferred funds. If set to 0, the player can withdraw immediately. If set to 1 or above, the player must wager the transferred amount by that multiple (e.g., 1x turnover) before making a withdrawal.
Step 4: Complete the Transfer
After reviewing all transfer details-especially the turnover requirement-click the "Transfer Account" or "Confirm Transfer" button. The funds will be credited to the selected player's main wallet immediately.

The turnover setting is a powerful control tool. Setting it to 0allows instant liquidity for the player.
